I have reviewed this site before, but I do have another review to add. I've ordered from the site multiple times - it's my go-to for mothers day, father's day, birthdays, Christmas, you name it, and barring one exception it's been an incredibly painless process and I never have any issues. The only time I've ever had to worry about my order's arrival has been the end of November to early December with the Royal Mail strikes occurring, and I found contacting Ohh Deer for help on this matter to be extremely easy. Response was quick and they were very helpful with sorting out my order and offering solutions. I remain extremely pleased with this site, and it continues to be the first I think of for gift giving and holiday seasons.

Just came here to reiterate that OhhDeer has been one of my favourite companies since my first year of uni about 8 years ago. This website has consistently had the cutest little gifts as well as having one of the kindest customer services out there - can only recommend! <3

I bought a mystery pack of cards just so I have some in the house for when I forget. Genuinely was really impressed, I'll use them all, cards for birthdays, new home, congratulations, sympathy. The majority were blank message cards which can be used for so many occasions. It's worth the gamble if you have a good sense of humour. Love this company highly recommend

Poorly organised site, with lack of clarity in what is artful and what is ohdeer, and having separate logins but only one (ohdeer) that you ultimately buy from makes it confusing and very disability unfriendly. Not at all good for customers who have impairments

I love the quality of products and variety. The variety forces me to try new techniques, along with the video tutorials.
I have rarely needed to contact customer services, however, when I have they have been super responsive, courteous and helpful.
Would highly recommend them.

On the 8th December, I ordered a necklace. In the purchase conditions, there is a delivery deadline of 4 to 7 working days, max. Today, the 14 January, I still did not receive my order.
Complained, but no response. Meanwhile, I do not have my money, nor the necklace.
More than one month to deliver something??

Was looking for some kooky Christmas cards, far from the cheesy rubbish one finds on the high street. If I wouldn't say something personally, I don't want to give someone a card with it in.
Ohh Deer had just the ticket.
Lovely designs, for reasonable prices for people who don't want to schmooze in their cards. Also posted very quickly.

Absolutely brilliant website for unusual gifts. Bought some cracking Christmas presents from Ohh Deer at competitive prices. The shipping was fast and the items were well packed in sustainable packing. I would highly recommend this website and will definitely be back!

This journal is super cute and looks as advertised but it only has enough pages for a little over 3 months. I've been buying Ohh Deer planners for at least three years that had enough pages for the entire year and I was surprised this didn't have that considering the price was almost identical. I'm pretty disappointed in this because I feel ripped off and even if I wanted to buy multiple of this planner to use throughout this year, it's already sold out.

Quality of the product and service were both fine. However since the UK is no longer in the EU, it took nearly a month to receive the package and I had to pay another 7 euros for customs duties on top of a product that only cost GBP 4,50. If would not purchase this item again knowing what I know now. In the future, I will only purchase items that are already in the EU.

I ordered my item on the 6th and to date I haven't received my product,,I was hoping to have it for Christmas day but thats not looking likely..I am not happy therefore with service.

Updated information,the company have been very quick to reply and have forwarded me a replacement,for which I am thankful..they answered and resolved my query swiftly..I will be purchasing from them in the future and thank them for resolving my query.

TERRIBLE WEB SITE!, FOR BUYING YOUR PRODUCTS. I DON'T KNOW WHAT "BONE" HEAD IS IN CHARGE OF THIS PROCESS.
(IE: BUY 1 GET 2 FREE OR VICEA VERCA, BUY 2 GET 1 FREE)
I ENDED UP WITH 1 CARD THAT I REALLY WANTED INSTEAD OF 3.
THEN I GOT 10 "BLING" POST CARDS, AND I ONLY WANTED 1.

If you live in Europe, don't bother purchasing anything from Ohh Deer, it's a joke. Ordered some Christmas cards on the 2nd of December, they never showed up. UPDATE: Oh Deer, this is for the first order that was sent to a Berlin address (D179917), I made a follow-up order on the 4th to a UK address (D180722). Looks like you've confused the two orders.
